We contracted Carl from I & I Pipe Services to expand our condominium parking lot in Birch Bay.This required some tree stump removal, moving large boulders, and filling in a swale and installing drainage pipes.We were very happy with the results. Carl and his crew were efficient, hard working, friendly, and got the job done at a good price.We would highly recommend this team.JP
Pipe services are something that you hope you never need, but if you do need them, I&I are the people you want to have working for you. So what are pipe services? Wastewater systems are maintained by pipe services companies, so sewer and stormwater management are what we're talking about. We live in an area that has a lot of stormwater that needs to be managed, and our house has a sump pump plus an, as it turned out, elaborate stormwater drainage system. Carl Iversen, the owner, is a very pleasant and patient man, who took a great deal of time and care to go over our drainage system, explained to us how it works, and assured that it was all working well.
