Had drain backup in our bathroom that caused the lav to overflow. We had no joy from using a plunger. Called Favinger and they were able to come out that day. They ran the main line and cleared the problem. Lav back in service with no significant down time! Thank you Daniel and assistant for your friendly and professional demeanor! We love Favinger/Caz!

Mike and Grayson were here earlier than scheduled which was great (Favinger called us to ask if they could come earlier).They assessed the issue with our tub faucet, gave us a quote for the repair and fixed the problem. We now have our water back on and the tub faucet works great.

They’re so honest. That’s it, and that’s why we hire them.They are not always the most affordable — they’d tell you that — but their honesty just saved me $2,400, so I’m pretty moved to write a review.We had a broken water line in a tricky spot in our back garden — an area that needed a deep, 30’ trench in an area only accessible by a 44” gate.
