Called Sullivan about a problem and they had a service man at my house the next day. Kody installed a hot water circulation pump And flushed my hot water heater. He did a great job and the cost was reasonable.

I purchased a new dishwasher and needed it to be installed. The guys who delivered it didn’t have the knowledge to install it so I had to get a real professional plumber to do the job. I must have called numerous plumbers before I got to the last one that I felt comfortable with to do the work for me. I called Sullivan plumbing and talked to Megan and she was very helpful, honest and upfront about the job and what it could cost which I respect tremendously. We spoke to Megan and Amy on the phone, who identified our needs quickly able to summarize what we were likely to pay just over the phone, and scheduled us right away for a plumber. Our plumbers were Andrew and Dwayne. They arrived on time they were polite and professional and easy-going. They installed our toilets in no time. We had had three different plumbers and experts come and tell us how complicated the job would be, and told us we would have to pay tons of money to get our job done. Sullivan plumbers finished the job in 2 hours with no complications. Their fee was incredibly reasonable and fair. Will be using Sullivan again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend.
