I had a main water pipe break in two places when Bellingham was having a serious ice and snow storm recently and water was constantly spewing out. I called at least 10 other plumbing services and no one could go out because of the dangerous weather and/or they were overwhelmed with so many other people with the same issues and I was put on a wait list, but when I was able to speak with Travis, he was so kind in saying he would try to get to my place even when he was already busy with so many other problems he was called on. Travis Ferris of Special-T Plumbing is the best plumber we’ve ever used in 38 years of home ownership! On the day we moved into our new home in Whatcom county, our water heater started leaking and needed replacement ASAP. Our home inspector recommended Travis, so we called him - this was on a Saturday afternoon! He located the water heater model that we needed and was able to install it that evening, so we had hot water the first morning in our new home. Since then, we’ve had Travis install a garbage disposal, replace pull-down faucet cartridges and a frost-free hose bib, and perform other plumbing repairs. Travis is an excellent plumber who always goes above and beyond. I use him for my leak detection customers and I know for a fact, they are in great hands with him. Great guy and great plumber!
