Of course it was Labor Day weekend that our main waste pipe plugged up. Of course we had family from back east visiting. From the emergency answering service to the quick return calls from TWO technicians, our experience with Gary's was off to a very positive start. We were updated multiple times, told everything we needed to know up front so no surprises, and updated throughout the job. Two extremely polite young men went directly to work on a detached tub overflow issue and resolved it along with loose sink fixtures in the same bathroom. They laid out the various approaches and cost levels and counseled on how to proceed with items not within the limits I gave them. Both were respectful of me and my property. They came highly recommended by a construction specialist and I’m glad I contracted with them.

I'll save you the gross images of a clean out pipe explosion that Gary's team, Will & Isreal, came as a emergency call on a Friday late afternoon to diagnose and start working. Then returned first thing Saturday morning to hydrojet the line multiple times. I was thankful for the explanations both men offered so I understood the problems and next steps throughout the process. They went above and beyond to clean the line and the yard, leaving my yard in much better shape. This stuff never happens at a good time, and I appreciated the communication from the whole team and their efficiency to move the clean out and up along.
