“I can not recommend this place enough. I have a 2.5 and 3.5 year old that both go here and have been going here since infancy. All of the staff are so fun, nice, and patient. My son has a lot of anxiety and struggles with dental visits and they are so patient with him and make adjustments to do things in any way that makes him comfortable. Each visit he is less anxious and more comfortable and cooperative. We absolutely love Dr. Banks, she has the most magical way with children. She’s so gentle, soothing, and efficient. “I am a transgender woman, so there are some extra things I look for in healthcare. After my first visit, which was 2 hours, I felt like I had made a new friend, a doctor friend who cares about my health and listens to my concerns. Dr. Johnson is very kind and personable and treated me with utmost respect. She is still learning about FTM transgender care, but she is 100% on board and supportive, and seems to really seem to want to get up to speed on everything for my best care.The small clinic felt more intimate rather than sitting in a huge lobby waiting with everyone else. My appointment was on time so I wasn't waiting a long time.One unexpectedly nice aspect was when I was done, I was just allowed to stay and rest after my blood draw, and I was free to go whenever. I didn't have to come by the front office to schedule my next appointment (I can do so from the app) or to pay anything (no copays.)I saw many of the 5-star reviews and wondered if there wasn't some "please rate us" incentive going on. I truly think that the service provided here is incentive enough to go and post a rating!“

“I’ve had an excellent experience getting Potenza on my face and abdomen. Phonexay spent time with me figuring out the best investment for my goals andI felt like she really had MY best interest at heart..in fact, she even suggested the best treatment for one of my concerns would be a treatment they didn’t provide there! I had consulted with a few different places and this felt by far the most trustworthy and thorough. They had a very holistic approach to things which I loved.They took amazing care of me here, I felt like I was in a spa lol…I got an IV to help with hydration and extra nutrients to maximize the effectiveness of the treatment. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with things I could do to make sure I get the best results with good after care, etc.They were also helpful in helping me save money by packaging a few treatments together.I had Potenza done two years ago somewhere else and it was pretty painful. I was soooo surprised how much less it hurt with Phonexay, and I’d asked for pretty aggressive settings! I think it was how much care she put into numbing my face beforehand, spending quite a few minutes making sure it was well rubbed in compared to the other place who just sort of put the cream on and left it, which I hear is the norm.Overall, I’m excited to go back for my second treatment in a month or so cause the results are already really noticeable and it’s only day 4!“

“Dr. Amy Anderson is the best primary care provider I have ever had. She is patient, attentive, efficient, and detail oriented. She spent quality time with my husband and me, and swiftly addressed our concerns. I really felt like I was empowered to heal and become a better version of myself. The clinic is clean and peaceful with a relaxed vibe. Supplements are available for purchase at a true discount. Telephone appointments are also available. The only drawback (a huge one) is that they do not bill insurance. You will need to submit the super bill yourself for reimbursement. However, Dr. Anderson's expertise is worth the inconvenience.“

“Well, it was Franks day to soldier up and accept his CV19 vaccination. So I put on my fatigues , laced up the boots and put my kevlar helmet on and made my way to KAISER.Now I'm in the parking lot, take a deep breath and walked into the lobby. Greeted by a doctor and then I was told to check in which took a minute. The wonderful nurse informed me to go down the hallway for further directions. The new nurse showed me to a room or the injection room which I entered. 10 seconds later it was all over. Only thing left was to get my sticker and wait 15 minutes and then Adiós Amigo!The folks at KAISER have the system down and that's much appreciated not only for me but the nervous people all lined up.KAISER since taking over for Group Health have really stepped up the game for health care in Washington. “I'm surprised to see a negative review for Pacifica and even more surprised by the context, which is the complete opposite of everything I've experienced in over 3 years of care with this team. They are ALWAYS available, whether by phone, video call, or in-person visits. I have seen all of the providers and can't say enough good things about each of them. The office staff has been fantastic - all calls and questions are answered, and the follow-up is thorough. I love the addition of dogs in the office - what a perfect buffer to an otherwise potentially anxiety-inducing experience. This is a very personal experience, unlike any other I have had in the past. I cannot recommend this practice enough - if you are lucky enough to grab a spot!“

“Exceptional ER facility and staff. I came for an ankle injury, and the drop off process was easy. There is a an unloading zone in front where we were able to pull up and take our time getting me out of the car, and there are plenty of wheelchairs right inside the entrance for patient use getting from their cars and into the hospital. The entire team was very attentive and responsive, and the atmosphere is very clean and professional. I appreciate how they moved me through the different stages of my visit, from check in, to triage, to testing, to consulting with the doctor. I feel like everyone who I spoke with did a good job of explaining their process and the expected next steps and timeline, and they were all so kind and respectful. “My 2 kids and I just moved to the area a couple months ago and we needed to find new doctors, dentists, etc. I got us all scheduled with Peninsula for dentists appointment and our first visit was a positive experience all around from the front desk staff to the dental assistant(s) and dentist. They worked extremely well with my 2 kiddos who obviously aren’t fans of going to the dentist but we all left happy and taken care of. Thankful for what they do!“

“These women are phenomenal! (I went to the urgent care side ) I felt that I was 100% cared for the minute I walked in. The receptionist was so kind and welcoming . I finished handing over my info and was instantly taken back by a lovely nurse . She is shorter, curly hair and specs and I adored her ! She was so sweet to my 5 month old as I was getting my care. I decided to get my ear pierced and it got infected. I felt that all my concerns were in my chart and then the Dr came in she was lovely as well. She took my piercing out since I couldn't get it . Then sent the culture away for staff , she had someone come clean my ear up . Let me go with antibiotics she was keen to tell me if the swelling is there after the meds I need to Return ASAP!My time here was quick and painless , they were all so helpful and genuine I felt truly wanted there not like other clinics that you feel that your a burden . I live in port orchard and drove an hour to get here with my 5 month old and felt that my time here was spent well . Thank you to everyone from the minute I walked in toLeaving I appreciate this staff so much ! I got my results back and I have staff .“
