“I’ve had an excellent experience getting Potenza on my face and abdomen. Phonexay spent time with me figuring out the best investment for my goals andI felt like she really had MY best interest at heart..in fact, she even suggested the best treatment for one of my concerns would be a treatment they didn’t provide there! I had consulted with a few different places and this felt by far the most trustworthy and thorough. They had a very holistic approach to things which I loved.They took amazing care of me here, I felt like I was in a spa lol…I got an IV to help with hydration and extra nutrients to maximize the effectiveness of the treatment. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with things I could do to make sure I get the best results with good after care, etc.They were also helpful in helping me save money by packaging a few treatments together.I had Potenza done two years ago somewhere else and it was pretty painful. I was soooo surprised how much less it hurt with Phonexay, and I’d asked for pretty aggressive settings! “Dr. Klem has been my PCP for almost 4 years, he is such a great doctor and has a great bedside manners. He always has a smile on his face and create safe environment for his patients. He is always non-judgmental and take his time during the appointment. I never felt like he is rushing the care, or ignoring my concerns. It is hard to find doctors who have much knowledge about LGBTQ+ community and their issues. He is always available and replies in timely manner on MyChart messages. It is very easy to get lab orders from him inpatient or outpatient clinic. He always goes above and beyond to help me understand and make informational decisions. I will highly recommend him, and I am lucky to have him as my primary care provider. Staff at his office is always very welcoming and service is really fast. I have done both online and in patient appointments with him and always had positive experience. Highly recommend him as a provider. Thank you for being such a great human being!! “It is along story how we found Doctor Thomas. My husband needed a GP in 2 days because he never really had a regular Doctor for years. My husband was having an emergency heart operation at the UW and he had to be released to a GP. Things had just changed too much in the medical field. I was searching for a doc up in Bothell where we reside. I remembered Dr Thomas that I had met several years prior and was able to get his pager number at that time . He called me back on a weekend and accepted my husband over the phone. The rest is history. Our entire family ( including daughter's hubby) have changed to him. He really is a compassionateDoc and down to earth. Great sense if humor as well. This has been 10 years ago. “Very new and clean. If you have someone bringing you there is plenty of parking that is outside so no problem with reception - though there is a lot of traffic in the area. The actual facility is on the 5th floor but there are elevators and buttons to open doors if you need the help. The front desk has been wonderful every time and they always have hand sanitizer and masks available should you need them. It is a smaller location, but if you're close by and just need a PCP or the lab or radiology, this location is great. Lots of shopping right next door, too!“

“I brought my son here after going to neurologists , rheumatologists, gastronologists, two other naturopaths and more . At the time we came he was 140 lbs at 6' 4" and could not sit up longer than 45 minutes and was seriously sick. He had to drop out of college and was not functional. I heard about Stephen Wengen from a friend, and our insurance didn't cover it, but we were willing to try or pay anything to get him well. First of all, the office staff was incredible. I was crying when we came in and Katie at the front was so compassionate . His testing was more thorough than I've ever seen and we discovered many things that no other naturopath had found in years. Not only is the doctor able to get to the bottom of things but he also has a nutritionist that helps you to know what to eat. At the time he was allergic to about 20 things because he had a leaky gut, among other things. Fast forward a few years he's now only allergic to two things gluten and dairy, completed college, is now 215, lives on his own has a great job and just got married. They were with us the whole way and I'm super thankful for their office“
