It’s a good clinic. The primary care doctors are good. The dermatologists seem pretty good but they all seem the same anyway. The orthopedic PA (middle-aged white guy) is good and has good personality/bedside manner. The foot guy seems decent, although I’ve only seen him once or twice.
great staff ish - but all they do is keep me on hold. You can call first thing and still be on hold, ive been on hold now for 37mins now as i write this...but if i go there they tell me they cant help or to use the portal....the same portal they are switching away from. Bainbridge needs more
I write this as I continue to hold (38 minutes and counting) for someone to simply pick up the phone at this clinic so I can make an appointment. Ridiculous wait times, coupled with what seems to be a lot of physician turnover and routine exams being scheduled 6 or more months out have caused me to seriously reconsider where to seek care.
