These women are phenomenal! (I went to the urgent care side ) I felt that I was 100% cared for the minute I walked in. The receptionist was so kind and welcoming . I finished handing over my info and was instantly taken back by a lovely nurse . She is shorter, curly hair and specs and I adored her ! She was so sweet to my 5 month old as I was getting my care. I decided to get my ear pierced and it got infected. I felt that all my concerns were in my chart and then the Dr came in she was lovely as well. She took my piercing out since I couldn't get it . When called in to let the clinic know that I got here early due to being from our of town and staying out of town of Bainbridge Island waiting in the car in the parking lot the person on the phone said can't check in tell certain time but asked if they can just let them know In case the nurse and doc wanted us to check on anyways the person didn't seem to want to do this and was kinda little grumpy about it. So sad that everybody everywhere is grumpy nowadays :(. I know that there are procedures to follow but receptionist can still let the nurse and doctor know about things I seen nurse and doctors override things before in other medical facilities. What will it cost? Here are the charges for my visit. Insurance not subtracted from these amounts. 2022 January. I probably should have googled the condition first but it was very odd and I am I don't regret going. Not that the condition is any better or was improved by the visit.
