The clinic communications system has been dysfunctional for several months. I have been promised referrals that apparently never reached the intended doctor. It is very difficult to talk to a live person, everything is voicemail.
I have upgraded my rating from 2 to 4 because of the quality of service provided by Dr. Combs-Bachmann
My experience at this clinic was waaaaay better than Franciscan Medical Clinic. I switched because this clinic was rated a much higher quality of care through my insurance. My new patient appointment was so thorough. Staff was all very kind. Overall, pleasant experience :)
Dr. Callahan is the best. I have only ever chosen women doctors in the past because I THOUGHT it made me more comfortable. I actually switched to him because I was tired of women doctors not listening or being judgy.
Dr. C-dizzle is not like that at all. He listens and is warm and friendly. I will be going to him until he retires from my nonsense in about 70 years.
Don't make an appointment with him because I will bite you and I am not current on my rabies.
