After a horrible car crash, I was left with a TBI and pain in my head and back, which is steadily subsiding due to the treatments I’ve been receiving. Hannah is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to truly listen and understand what my body needs to help with my injury. Every session feels personalized and thoughtful. She meets me where I’m at and has helped me tremendously, not just physically but also with anxiety relief.

She treats me with genuine respect and creates a comfortable, supportive environment. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I genuinely enjoy receiving treatment from her.

“I have had many endoscopies at this facility and always receive excellent care. Recently, I had 2 procedures in 6 days and both times treated with care and compassion. Nurses Rani, Alex and Sarah were exceptional in caring for me, going above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable as possible. The anesthesiologists and technicians were excellent as well. I have found the whole team to be professional, kind and compassionate.“

“Always a clean location, you may wait five minutes and turn around time of fifteen minutes or so. The staff is very professional and explain everything effectively so you know whats going on and you can get on with the rest of your day. Would recommend these guys over other drug testing locations.“

“Great dental care. Cardiology is excellent, and I really appreciate my primary care doc. Specialty services folks (hearing, CT scans, X-ray and lab) are really good. However like other civilian doctors and specialty there can be scheduling to endure. One really does need to pick up the pamphlet with phone numbers. The secure messaging always have responses within a day or less.Also appreciate the increased outlying clinics.“

“This has been where I have gone for medical care since 2016. The main clinic has given me good care every time I've been there, though they sometimes have long delays. The walk in and after hours clinics have been a great help. I also get mental health counseling here. It's great.“

“I am a transgender woman, so there are some extra things I look for in healthcare. After my first visit, which was 2 hours, I felt like I had made a new friend, a doctor friend who cares about my health and listens to my concerns. Dr. Johnson is very kind and personable and treated me with utmost respect. She is still learning about FTM transgender care, but she is 100% on board and supportive, and seems to really seem to want to get up to speed on everything for my best care.The small clinic felt more intimate rather than sitting in a huge lobby waiting with everyone else. My appointment was on time so I wasn't waiting a long time.One unexpectedly nice aspect was when I was done, I was just allowed to stay and rest after my blood draw, and I was free to go whenever. I didn't have to come by the front office to schedule my next appointment (I can do so from the app) or to pay anything (no copays.)I saw many of the 5-star reviews and wondered if there wasn't some "please rate us" incentive going on. I truly think that the service provided here is incentive enough to go and post a rating!“

What makes NNPC special is that it feels like both a doctor's office and a therapist's office. They do thorough bloodwork and medical care, but also really listens and treats you as a whole person.
