I've been to several ERs and hospital units over the past several years, and this was easily our best experience so far. We came in for an acute back issue, and everything from check in to room assignment to care went smoothly. We worked with Vin Swift, the PA, and he was very kind, thorough and listened to our concerns. Would definitely recommend this as an ER option if it's available to you.

The quality of care is excellent, but they are currently being sued by the state Atty General for training the office staff to avoid telling patients about the availability of 100% discounts on their bills which is due to anyone whose household income is below 300% of the federal poverty level, and 70% discounts for anyone whose household income is below 400% of the federal poverty level.

my sis had ob gyn emergency and y'all treated her like subpar, some criminal. some assistive staff even mocking. and BS like this is why we need Christianity and religion as a whole outta our healthcare. Will risk 5-15 more min drive over to UW Montlake or Harborview for future.
