“I spent a little unexpected time at urgent care at Kaiser Permanente Silverdale Medical Center. Over the last several years, I’ve had Occasion to have to avail myself of urgent care services. This time it was for a burn. I cannot emphasize this enough, the staff at Silverdale Medical Center (all of them in every department from lab to radiology to Family Practice to urgent care, etc.) are actual amazing human beings. Not only are the professional and kind and helpful and knowledgeable, and all of the things, they clearly care about the work they do and their patients. We all know we live in a day and age where our medical system is broken in many ways – I’m happy to say that that staff at Silverdale urgent care today was not one of those ways. In fact, they are a shining example of people who come to work every day, to do the thing that they love, despite the challenges that this industry is facing.

In a day and age where people get all these forms to complain, not enough of us get on to detail those positive experiences. Silverdale urgent care keeping you!”
