Initial visits to the clinic were fine, and I like Austin Hummel, however I just had the worst experience with the receptionist. I made an appointment to have a suspicious mole removed today (March 1st); only when I got there I found out that the receptionist had somehow scheduled it on March 29th. Didn't apologize or even admit her own mistake, didn't talk to the doctor about the situation, straight up ignored my question about being referred to a dermatologist who could see me sooner, and just insisted that my only option was to go to extended hours at another clinic in the system and HOPE they would have time for me. Dr. Berninghaus is a wonderful dentist. She has been the only one who can get me numb and keep me numb all the way through my procedures and extractions. This helps me to relax more knowing I won't have to worry about any pain or discomfort. She works quickly, but efficiently and does great work. She has a wonderful personality and is always in a positive mood. Both Dr. Berninghaus and Betty work well as a team to keep you calm and inform you of what is going on during your procedures.

I really appreciate the services I received from Dr. Berninghaus at the almira clinic. She went above and beyond to comfort and help me through my situation. I have a lot of teeth problems and she has been extremely helpful in getting my mouth back in shape and keeping me out of pain.
