We’ve been going here for almost ten years, and were recently dropped after they decided to stop taking our insurance. I get that times are tough for everyone, but this is the only doctor’s office one of my daughters has ever known, and we have to find a new office with a 6+ week wait (if they’re even taking new patients)

This is the greatest office I have ever been to! my particular provider, ( Dr. Melissa Means,) is beyond outstanding and caring, always goes the extra mile to take care of you, and really cares, which is really uncommon these days in the medical field. Having had experience in the medical field for 30+ years I feel like I can speak from experience.?. in fact, when she moved to Port Orchard from Silverdale, I followed her to this new practice.. I have always been treated very kindly by everyone at this office, including staff to receptionist!

Experienced, Professional and Caring! I have been visiting Dr. Frandsen for the past 8 years and must admit he has been super with all of my treatments and diagnosis over the past 8 years. Susanna, Caitlin and the rest of his staff is fantastic, always attentive and helping. Seldom do I have any medical issues, but when I do Dr. Frandsen listens very carefully and asks a lot of questions. He is a straight shooter, offering the pros and cons to specific treatments and procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Frandsen and his team. He is experienced, professional and very caring!
