“Tyler had several theories for the sporadic pattern our ac unit was demonstrating, he kept at it until he narrowed it down to the highest fan speed on the blower had failed. He set it up to run on the remaining 4 speeds which avoided having to but an expensive blower at this time. He did a very good job at troubleshooting and kept us informed as things progressed”

After discussing our options for either a compressor or AC unit replacement we went with the new unit as the cost to benefit was the best bang for our buck. They went the extra mile with a new base for the unit and one that was more efficient for our home. “Had an emergent repair needed for my home A/C when the main air handler blower motor failed. Catherine (If I messed up her name, please correct me) went out of her way to confirm the correct replacement motor, source a warehouse that had it in stock, have it programmed ( it's a newer style soft-start pulse width modulated motor) and had the new one ready to go in less than an hour. This is now my go-to shop whenever I have issues with any of my appliances!! Wife and children are happy to have cool air in the house in this heat! Thank you to everyone involved. Couldn't be any happier.”
