“I have sears home warranty and I had a claim I started. I paid my deductible and they did nothing to help me. Money lost with sears. They claim my evaporator coil that was leaking was not covered under warranty. Seek warranty elsewhere.“

“Had an emergent repair needed for my home A/C when the main air handler blower motor failed. Catherine (If I messed up her name, please correct me) went out of her way to confirm the correct replacement motor, source a warehouse that had it in stock, have it programmed ( it's a newer style soft-start pulse width modulated motor) and had the new one ready to go in less than an hour. This is now my go-to shop whenever I have issues with any of my appliances!! Wife and children are happy to have cool air in the house in this heat! Thank you to everyone involved. Couldn't be any happier.“
