I needed someone to come or for an emergency call during the summer. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day and the technician arrived on time and was very professional. He was able to solve the problem quickly and the prices were reasonable.

Unfortunately the tech had a pick up truck instead of the usual work van (in the shop?) so I had to lend him and extension cord and water hose long enough to reach my unit. Also, unfortunate is that he arrived during a driving downpour. Overall it went well, just now what I expected.
