“Nate came by today to hardwire a double oven and add some appliance outlets. He discovered what had been done by another company was not done correctly. He and his assistant connected the oven ( no easy task) and fixed everything. Nate was exceptionally pleasant to work with and I think their prices fair. I now understand why these guys are so highly rated. Joe came in, thoroughly checked my whole system and in under an hour was able to tell and SHOW me what was wrong with my system. Kendra worked with the service supervisor and customer to rearrange a scheduled annual maintenance appt to get me an appointment. Jason was great - very knowledgeable / skilled with excellent detail and he willingly answered all of my questions. This included explaining what gets checked / replaced as part of their annual maintenance plan (much more than is done by most other vendors). Keep up the excellent work!!!“

After discussing our options for either a compressor or AC unit replacement we went with the new unit as the cost to benefit was the best bang for our buck. “My air conditioner was not working and a friend of ours recommended Tommy Quick. We called him and he showed up about an hour later. He informed us that we would need to have the evaporator coil replaced. He said he would work up an estimate and call us later. When he called he informed us that the evaporator coil was still under warranty. He checked on the warranty without us asking. We paid for the labor and the refrigerant but not the evaporator coil. He saved us several thousand dollars. A day later the AC stopped working again and we called him back to see what was wrong. He explained that a capillary tube was leaking and that caused the refrigerant to leak out. He made the repair and told us that there was no charge for the repair because he said it could have possibly been done during the installation of the evaporator coil. Tommy Quick’s integrity and honesty is exceptional. I have already recommended him to some of the people I work with and will continue to recommend him. Quick Heating and Air will be my first call when I have any issues with my heating and air.“
