He and his assistant connected the oven ( no easy task) and fixed everything. Nate was exceptionally pleasant to work with and I think their prices fair. “Air Guard Mechanical kept it quick and simple while detailing the issue with our AC unit to us that suffered a compressor failure during a recent power surge. After discussing our options for either a compressor or AC unit replacement we went with the new unit as the cost to benefit was the best bang for our buck. They went the extra mile with a new base for the unit and one that was more efficient for our home. Replacement of our 12 year old unit was quick and now my family stays cool, the unit is quieter, doesn’t have to run as long, and I’m actually saving a little on the energy bill, so it really does seem to be paying for itself. “My air conditioner was not working and a friend of ours recommended Tommy Quick. We called him and he showed up about an hour later. He informed us that we would need to have the evaporator coil replaced. He said he would work up an estimate and call us later. When he called he informed us that the evaporator coil was still under warranty. He checked on the warranty without us asking. We paid for the labor and the refrigerant but not the evaporator coil. He saved us several thousand dollars. A day later the AC stopped working again and we called him back to see what was wrong. He explained that a capillary tube was leaking and that caused the refrigerant to leak out. He made the repair and told us that there was no charge for the repair because he said it could have possibly been done during the installation of the evaporator coil. Tommy Quick’s integrity and honesty is exceptional. I have already recommended him to some of the people I work with and will continue to recommend him. Quick Heating and Air will be my first call when I have any issues with my heating and air.“

I now understand why these guys are so highly rated. Joe came in, thoroughly checked my whole system and in under an hour was able to tell and SHOW me what was wrong with my system. “Hats off to Tommy Garner. Kendra and Jason went above and beyond to get my oil fired hot water system back working so I had hot water. Kendra worked with the service supervisor and customer to rearrange a scheduled annual maintenance appt to get me an appointment. Jason was great - very knowledgeable / skilled with excellent detail and he willingly answered all of my questions. This included explaining what gets checked / replaced as part of their annual maintenance plan (much more than is done by most other vendors). Keep up the excellent work!!!“

“I contracted Maximum Air to repair my AC unit that had a leak. It was necessaire to replace the coils and outside unit because of its age. I chose them because they had good reviews and a reasonable price. They communicated with me well and were on time. The job was well done. What made them really stand out was as follows. I had a condensate discharge pump that worked but was taped together. After the job was completed, the technician told his boss Mac about the pump. I was called and told that Mac would like to come out and replace the pump at no cost to me. Yes, he installed a new pump at no cost to me. Where else are you going to find that kind of outstanding service?“

“I had an usual situation Present itself after our yearly pest control inspection under our house from Mare’s Pest Control who informed us we had evidence of rodents under our house. We needed to have our ventilation from one room of our house rerouted which required an additional opening be made into our foundation so that the previous opening which was designed for crawl space access was altered to run ventilation ducting through it thereby leaving an opening for the rodents to gain access. Bottom line, Brian and Ray created a new opening for the ventilation, ran rigid ducting as replacement, and built a new access door to prevent rodents from coming back. They started and finished the job in a few hours and did a great job. Brian is easy to work with and answered all my questions patiently and professionally. Highly recommend Mare’s HVAC!“
