I went through my home appliance warranty company for repair of my upstairs HVAC unit. After nearly a month of getting the run around with “their” contracted repair people, I was finally authorized to pick my own contractor. I contracted Extreme Climates and they sent a technician out quickly (Jim C), who diagnosed my issue and as soon as the home warranty approved the repair, he ordered the parts and had my HVAC up and running. He also told me about their maintenance plan. I am very impressed with Extreme Climate’s professionalism and expertise. They’ve definitely got my business from now on!!!Service: HVAC system repair

During the heat of summer, my A/C unit spontaneously went out and the inside of my house got to about 90 degrees! After calling several of the big name companies and put on a wait list of up to two weeks, I called Extreme Climates, who responded in 30 minutes. They were professional, efficient, and explained everything to my family on why the issue occurred and how to fix it if this were ever to happen again. I commended their response time and they advised that they believe in responding to help as soon as possible, even if it means working long hours, to keep their customers happy.
