A few months ago, I asked some folks for their opinions and recommendations, and Smooth was one of the top pics (as well as Starla). So, I finally decided to bite the bullet and get one done.Long story short, from the first point of arrival to the end, the process was amazing. Nova was extremely welcoming and cheerful and Starla was amazing in keeping my nerves calm. I don't necessarily consider myself to have a really high pain tolerance, but 10/10 - I would do this again. All in all, there were maybe 2-3 "ouch" points, but it wasn't like an unbearable experience by any means.Following my session, I immediately signed up for the membership - I'm not using a razor from here on out.Smooth Downtown is phenomenal!“
