My experience with Abby was AMAZING! This was my first time at the VB location, and everything was so beautiful. Abby’s so sweet, friendly, and made me feel extremely comfortable about my body. I’ve been going to smooth for a while and hands down, it’s the best experience every time. Abby, you rock girl!!

I just had my first appointment with Maddie at the VB location and I am so happy!! My Brazilian was virtually painless and very fast, as was my underarm wax! Maddie is very professional and polite and a great conversationalist. The overall space is very clean and has wonderful modern decor and spa music. The front desk woman was also very polite and professional, though I did not catch her name. I can’t wait to be back in 4 weeks!!
