“Great Job amazing customer service clean environment. Also the tech went and washed her hands before she started. This should always be the case. But made it known ill be back and went to wash her hands. This is very comforting. I know the techs see many people but knowing the was their hands before and after each session is good. It was pouring raining out when I arrived. I was about 7 min late due to the the inclamate wearher and they still serviced me with grest customer service. Veey understanding. I greatly appreciate it.“

“I always have had a good experience here & regular clients get to know the staff & often more than one therapist. I think the only time I ever had a "less than pleasant" experience was as covid restrictions started & who wouldn't be on edge then. It was likely my fault- the point is that you will get treated well whether you come in once or become a regular client.**I strongly suggest explaining any special areas of focus you have,& if you have something like fibromyalgia (etc), letting them know if you need a certain skill set so you can get best paired with someone. Also, just explain ahead of time whether you mind talking. I don't suggest letting yourself get upset if they speak to you during the session & have no idea that you don't like that. Some clients are nervous talkers, for example, so just tell them know if you prefer a more silent session. Best for both parties. I believe the staff really does care about their clients.“

“Reception: Kristen was great. So soft spoken, and polite. Lynn the owner was at a different desk. She was loud for the setting. Making a personal appointment on her cellphone, she at one point placed them on speaker phone so she could check her calendar and make the appointment. At that point I got the entire conversation and Kristen was on the other line trying to help other clients. I do feel that was a little unprofessional to be that loud in the setting we were all in.Britt was my massage therapist. She was fantastic. My massage was a relaxing one. I normally do not talk too much during the relaxing massages because well, I'm relaxing! Ha. She relaxes me so much that I felt like a jello jiggler when I stood up. Her pressure was perfect. She was very delicate. Britt was kind, and patient. I plan to return.“
