“I need it to get my carpet cleaned before my mom’s arrival and only had a few days and I called Professional Carpet Restoration LLC first and they’re available to come in two days and the price was great compared to other popular Carpet cleaners that charges double for the same job. Ricardo arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He did warn me that the some spots might be to hard to remove all spots completely and need to replace with new carpet. After finishing the carpet looked great and most of spots were removed. I recommend this company. Easy to deal with, great price and fast.“

“I called with some water damage in my home. They initially set to accommodate me after hours with a service visit to my house as late as 10 PM. After asking me to walk them through what had occurred, and what damage was visible, the tech on the phone explained that what I described would simply require sheet rock repair and not the exhaustive repairs that this company handles.
