“**My overall experience with Everett Carpet Care and Restoration was professional, wonderful, and expedient.** I live in a single-family two-story home with a basement. My entire upper level has carpet throughout. We have pets that have had free range of every room, so there was significant staining and other issues that come with having pets and carpet. I also needed the carpet re-stretched in certain areas on the second floor. The owner's sons showed up and were very professional — always smiling and clearly understood the full scope of work I needed done. They also connected me directly with the owner by phone, even though he wasn't on-site, to make sure all arrangements and agreements were clearly understood by both parties. I had other contractors scheduled for estimates and already had a price point in mind for the scope of work. When I heard the owner's price, I was instantly in agreement — they came in well under what I expected, which made it a no-brainer. The work took about three to four hours to complete. I did a walk-through afterward and everything was exceptional. There were a few stains I expected might not come out, and that was the case — but everything else was great. **I would highly recommend Everett Carpet Care and Restoration to everyone.”

“Metropolitan is an incredibly professionally run company. We used them for a major home project including remodeling work that included creating new full bathroom with new plumbing lines, new closets, some drywall repairs, new flooring in the upper level and painting main and upper levels of the house among other things. From the day I met Jim and all the way to completion of the project, three things stood out 1. A company run with integrity and honesty that is demonstrated by Jim, Ben and entire crew. 2. Ownership of the entire project regardless of unexpected challenges that these types of projects bring and they addressed them with us all the way and never left us to deal with things ourselves 3. Excellent craftsmanship. These guys are awesome at what they do. A word of advice to anyone who cares to listen. Go with trusted local companies like these guys instead of large chains regardless of how well things are presented to win your work. Unlike big regional or national chains, companies like Metropolitan don't commit to too many projects simultaneously which means they deliver on their promise on high quality work and done timely . Also don't go with general contractors with cheapest bids who don't have their own crew and typically bring low cost and low-quality sub-contractor labor for every project. Metropolitan has their own crew who seem to be long timers who care about their work, and they have strong partnerships with quality companies for specialized things like plumbing or HVAC. With Metropolitan and Jim we felt cared for, they were always responsive to any questions or concerns we had and we always had the confidence that the project is in the best hands. That makes a world of difference. We are just glad we got to know these guys, highly rate them, and will refer them to anyone without any reservation. Thank you Jim, Ben and everyone. You did an excellent job for us.”

“Flood Masters recently helped us out with kitchen damage due to a dishwasher leak. They started and completed the work quickly, and the final price matched the estimate. Their work was also very well done. We have old cabinets that are no longer made, and Flood Masters was able to use the veneers of our old cabinets so the new cabinets effectively match the old ones. I highly recommend them.”
