I recently had an issue with one of my appointments, and after speaking with TJ, I genuinely felt cared for as a customer. From the moment he answered the phone, he was empathetic, patient, professional, and incredibly easy to talk to. He never made me feel like I was being difficult or unreasonable. Instead, he took the time to truly listen, understand where I was coming from, and made me feel like my concerns actually mattered.

What stood out to me most was TJ's character. It's rare to speak with someone in customer service who makes you feel like they're genuinely advocating for you instead of simply following a script or trying to get you off the phone. At no point did I feel like I was just another complaint or another ticket to close. I felt like I was speaking with someone who genuinely cared about doing right by both me as the customer and the company he represents. He carried himself with the kind of professionalism, empathy, and sincerity that every customer hopes to encounter. I walked away from our conversation feeling heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.

We even ended up sharing a few laughs by the end of our conversation, and when I told him I wanted to recognize him publicly, his gratitude felt completely genuine. It reminded me that people working in customer service often hear complaints but don't always hear when they've made a real difference. TJ absolutely made a difference for me.

We understood the possibility of it but was shocked to see how Devin from Metrogreen changed everything just recently. We were doing a routine carpet steam cleaning and showed him the stains. He explained of the same possibility of stains not completely getting removed but recommended a carpet stain treatment, which we agreed to.
