“I recently used My Carpet Cleaning Services to deal with issues in a rental home my daughter’s family is about to move into. The previous tenant had multiple cats and dogs, and although the carpets had been cleaned, Rich showed me evidence of many, many recent pet urine stains in the carpeted bedrooms and basements – areas where a toddler will soon be playing. The possibility of bacterial growth in these areas was particularly concerning. This had to be dealt with immediately as we didn’t have access to the house until two days before move-in. Rich was able to assess the problem and discuss all the details with me thoroughly – I knew that the services he was going to provide were all necessary, and there was no “up selling” involved. Rich had his crew out the next afternoon, and the work was completed in a few hours – this involved area carpet cleaning and special, more intensive treatment of the urine spots. He had industrial fans set up so that everything would be dry before furniture was delivered. The entire process was smooth and efficient, something that I greatly appreciated given the stresses of moving and house set-up.
