Tom at Mold Relief spent 30 minutes on the phone walking me through a plan for my crawlspace and HVAC mold problem, covering everything from sealing air paths and moisture targets to how to clean the ducts and when to replace them. He explained the reasoning behind each step, and I came away with a clear order of work I could start on right away.
Tom provided a prompt and thorough response on how to address an issue. He was honest and helpul in approaching the issue step by step, not launching to any uncessesary or upselling treatments, and explained in detail the rationale and science based strategies around mold and moisture. He is really knowledgeable and competent. I can't thank Tom enough and would highly recommend this company.
I have consulted multiple times with Tom Mitchell and he is professional and thoughtful and has years of expertise with both remediation and construction and brings all of it to his consulting work. I’m so grateful to have him as a resource!
