Our serviceman was attentive to my needs. We have a puppy that was difficult to potty train and our carpets were quite stained. I had spot cleaned, but the stains would always reappear. He worked on those stains and every last one of them was gone for good. Such a relief!!Services: Pet stain & odor removal
