The technician arrived timely, communicated that he was in the way. He took care in hearing my concerns regarding the sofa cleaning (ie coffee spill odor). He worked hard and did a great job!

Highly recommend Excellent Carpet Cleaning! I called this morning, and they were able to come out the very same day. They cleaned four carpeted areas and a rug, and everything looks fantastic. I have a pup who had a few accidents in one room, and they were able to remove the stains and odors. Professional, responsive, and did an outstanding job. I will definitely use Excellent Carpet Cleaning again!
