The Flood Tech 3 folks I’ve dealt with so far, including Atiq and Winston, have been excellent. The project isn’t finished yet but it’s well on the way. The painters are first rate also.
Fantastic remodeling of floor and lighting after a flood. Winston was thorough, and helpful with guidance, from beginning to end. I will recommend Floodtech to anyone, in the future, that needs remodeling.
We had flood damage to our condo and our insurance company conscripted Flood Tech 3 to move, store, and return our items once the repair work was completed. (The repair work was completed by a different company). The team was led by Griseyda Blanco and I cannot speak more highly of their professionalism and care they showed to our items. Griseyda coordinated with us all the way through and checked continuously with us along the way to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. The entire crew was pleasant and worked together to get the job done. This happened both ways, removing and returning the items.
