“I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Layon doing my hip replacement. He explained how everything was going to happen. He made me comfortable with the whole procedure.

I will eventually have to get my other hip replaced and I will definitely have him perform that one too. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an orthopedic surgeon.“

“Dr. Nordeen amputated a toe and I have been very pleased with him since. I still have serious foot issues but would not go anywhere else. The receptionist is exceptional and very good at reducing anxiety.“

“I had a pleasant experience when i called in to set up a new patient appointment, i went on their website and printed out the forms and had it ready to go when i checked in. Miss Debbie greeted me and was very friendly and quick to get me checked in. I was called back with in 5 minutes ( if that) and
Dr. Saunier ( Ann) came in and was amazing, very friendly and was very thorough more so than any other Dr. I have seen before! I love that they draw your labs onsite so its a one stop deal and Becca did an amazing job, no discomfort and very friendly, kept me distracted as she did her job.
The office is very convenient to get to, clean and a lot spaced out seating ( that's a must for me) .
I'm learning that you cant go off google reviews anymore, I'm not sure how or why they have such a low rating when everyone i have spoken to has been so nice and friendly, i even called in to get names for this review and Ann was very sweet and helpful!!!!“

“I do medical appointments at VCU, including dentistry. It's full of wonderful people, clean, on time, appointments pretty quick. My biggest complaint is that it's very difficult to get parking. It's also difficult to find where you're going with some floors on different elevators and having to switch elevators.“

“I have been going to Daily Planet for Mental Health services for about 5 or 6 years I believe. I still go there to this day . Yeah , I have had some issues with calls not getting answered, or a return call back after leaving messages . I remember a few years ago I had a lady doctor .She said or did something that made me snap. I was referred to the other doctor here .Still seeing that same person. He's has help me get through a dark hole I was going down .That only caused me trouble and big problems .So,thankful I was caught before falling to far .My doctor I see at Daily Planet Grace St . Has help me get focus more on a road ahead , not the back road.It hasn't been all peaches and cream .When sample test was ordered every visit .He was suppose to be there to help me, Not believe in me.surely want get me to open up to you..Why would I think he was there to help me .Anyway the Daily Planet and all the people working there, Help All People That Need help , And that's what they do ! I have never heard or been ask to write a good review by anyone there in the years I have been going there.Another thing is they help a lot of people that are Thankful and Appreciate . So it's not nobody's private one on one.If you know any Medical office that always answers phone , return calls ,don't make you wait .And see anyone .Please share with the rest of us thank you“

“The front desk ladies have always been kind to me and try to accommodate my requests. The nurses are pleasant and caring. Dr. Holtz can appear quiet but she also always tries to help me. I would recommend this office.“

Love the time the doctors have spent treating me, they are still doing all that they can to help me. If you don't understand any treatment just ask, they will talk with you until you u understand.“

“It's a good place to go to be seen to get treated for anything you can use the ER or you can go to the clinic next to the ER but ether one that you go to you will get the same treatment at both places!“
