“The Staff at this location is wonderful. Dr. Sharma is a kind and caring doctor who does wonderful work. Now, the lady Tracy, who sets the pre-surgical appointments, is supposed to contact you; she never calls you to schedule the appointment. When you call her office, you will get an answering machine that says she will return your call in one or two days, but she does not return your call. This is so unprofessional. My mother was supposed to have surgery in August, and here it is, the 24th of September, still waiting for that per-opt appointment. I don't get it, is Tracy not replaceable? I will be getting in touch with the main VCU.“

“Always welcoming. From my initial call to JenCare to my first appointments at JenCare on Hull Street I have felt welcomed. I think what impressed me the most was coming in the waiting room and the people waiting said hello. Staff and caregivers took a moment to stop and say hello to the people waiting, even those who they were not calling back for their appointment.“

“Love Dr. Armstrong, been seeing him for years. The phone issue is only bad thing I see. Seeing other patients complain about when u call no one will answer, so voicemail tells u to stay on line. You could wait 30 minutes or longer or leave a message. I just wish this issue could be fixed some kind of way.“

I was having problem with one of my hearing aids, I contacted the Audina Hearing Aid Dealer in Florida to see why I couldn't get in contact with my Audiologist in Maryland State, I was inform that my Audiologist had deceased. Missy my contact person gave me Virginia Professional Hearing and Healthcare to contact, upon scheduling appointment with Dr.Shantell Lewis, I came in to see if she could help with my situation, was confirm hearing aid needed to be sent to Audina Dealer, when I was call to come in for pick up, she gave me all details what was done to hearing aid, and to do update on my hearing exam. I liked the way she explained in full details status of my hearing test, she also requested my hearing diagram from Audina headquarters for my hearing aids, so she could see how hearing aid was programmed, Dr. Shantell Lewis did an exceptional job with making sure my hearing aid was set to my specific hearing loss. I loved the professionalism and exhibit Dr.Shantell Lewis and her office staff displayed, A big thank you Dr. Shantell Lewis. Definitely highly recommended.“

“The water was out in Richmond so the downtown office was directing people to other offices the young ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful and Melinda was very kind as well I don't recall the ladies up fronts names I wish I did so I could give them recognition as well“

“It's a good place to go to be seen to get treated for anything you can use the ER or you can go to the clinic next to the ER but ether one that you go to you will get the same treatment at both places!“

I have vertigo and involuntarily hand shaking not to bad though. Neuro care is the only one close to me that takes Anthem insurance. Update. Mrs Crowley is wonderful she takes her time and she cares about her patients.“
