“The Staff at this location is wonderful. Dr. Sharma is a kind and caring doctor who does wonderful work. Now, the lady Tracy, who sets the pre-surgical appointments, is supposed to contact you; she never calls you to schedule the appointment. When you call her office, you will get an answering machine that says she will return your call in one or two days, but she does not return your call. This is so unprofessional. My mother was supposed to have surgery in August, and here it is, the 24th of September, still waiting for that per-opt appointment. I don't get it, is Tracy not replaceable? I will be getting in touch with the main VCU.”
