I had a pleasant experience when i called in to set up a new patient appointment, i went on their website and printed out the forms and had it ready to go when i checked in. Miss Debbie greeted me and was very friendly and quick to get me checked in. I was called back with in 5 minutes ( if that) and
Dr. Saunier ( Ann) came in and was amazing, very friendly and was very thorough more so than any other Dr. I have seen before! I love that they draw your labs onsite so its a one stop deal and Becca did an amazing job, no discomfort and very friendly, kept me distracted as she did her job.

I genuinely don't understand the low ratings. I've been going to Dr Tim for nearly 2 decades now and have never had a bad experience. He's knowledgeable, quick (but not rushed), helpful, and understanding. He doesn't judge and just wants to help people. I've always enjoyed the visits to his office.
I’m not sure why people are complaining (other than that’s what people do and do it like it’s their job). Front office is solid and Dr. Walker is awesome. I followed her from her previous practice. They are quick to call me back with lab results and I when I call I get a call back by the end of the day. I can get an appointment within a day or so of calling. Dr. Walker takes her time while speaking with you and explains her treatment decisions and welcomes your input if you have a different opinion or want to follow a different treatment path.
