“It was my first appointment with my new provider. He was very pleasant. He allowed me to talk and he listened. I didn’t feel like I was in his way. He explained coming medication changes. I understand that the changes are not his changes. They came from further up. We left some things not finished but I will see him again the end of October so I trust God to keep me safe until I see him again. I’m very satisfied with my first visit with my new provider. Nurse Jones was very pleasant and user friendly. She didn’t make this old lady feel rushed. I’m 74 and I’m very tired of being made to feel like I’m a nuisance. I have medical problems that I don’t want to have and I require help with the medical staff”
