Mechanicsville Medical Center is not a 'drive-thru' medical facility where you can place your complaint at the first window then proceed to the last window getting your results😊, then you merrily go on about your business. I have been a patient with Dr Sahli for 20 years. He has always taken time to listen and come up with a plan of care. He and his team respond back when questions are asked quickly. As his reputation has grown it is harder to get in to see him but he an his staff respond within hours over the portal. Even on his day off I have received messages an care. His office staff have been kind and cheerful I don't know what Id do without them.

It takes months to schedule an annual physical here. I have to plan ahead and take time off from work to go. I scheduled an appt over the phone, and I'm sure the person I spoke with said my appt was on June 9th at 9:30am, and that is what I wrote on my calendar. I'm a current patient, and she didn't give any instructions about arriving early. I got there at 9:20, but I was told my appt was at 9, and I would need to reschedule. I never got any kind of notifications either. I asked if there was any way they could fit me in today, because they had told me my appt was at 9:30. They said no; that they were all booked up today.
