From the moment I walked in with my little girls, we were warmly greeted and guided through the entire process. The experience was welcoming and efficient, and they made us feel completely comfortable. When it was time for my treatment, I realized I wasn’t quite ready because my oldest daughter was hungry. I ordered a pizza from the Pizza Hut a few doors down, and they were incredibly understanding and patient while I stepped out to grab it. They even offered to go pick it up for me if I needed — which really shows how much they care about their clients. Thankfully, it only delayed things by about five or so minutes. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate situation of you or your children contracting head lice, I strongly recommend giving them a call. They made a stressful situation so much easier for our family.“

“Amazing experience working with Dr. Mathew Reynolds! I needed a PCP right away and not only was he available the day after I called but he was also attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. I felt heard and understood. I then needed blood results sooner rather than later with explanation and the doctor made it a point to call me when results came in.
