“The day of my appointment, they were having an onslaught of technical challenges like the internet going down, followed by their network going offline. Not to mention, a group of patients coming in nearly all at once. The front desk staff made everyone aware of the situation in a polite, calm and helpful manner. The office was clean, and their equipment is quite advanced. They have better ophthalmology than the My Eye Dr I used to visit.
