“I needed glasses adjusted and repaired for my two daughters. Jessie B. did a wonderful job of helping me! She adjusted one pair of glasses and found a new frame for the damaged pair. She was really efficient and very kind. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely return to this business.”
“As always, front desk is pleasant and efficient, optical dept attentive and very knowledgeable, and medical staff superb!!”
“Update: spoke to the store manager here and she was helpful and would assist me with my issue. I appreciate her efforts at helping me get my replacement frame. Thank you!
Guy on the phone was not the most helpful. I had glasses that were improperly adjusted by a store manager at a different target optical location (Springfield) and asked them if he could replace it with the frame if they had it in stock. I just paid for the new frame using a copay not even a month ago, and because this was the fault of the store manager doing the adjustment poorly, I should have been able to do the replacement for free since the damage was not my fault. I have very uncomfortable glasses now which I’ve been wearing for over a week now.”
