“The day of my appointment, they were having an onslaught of technical challenges like the internet going down, followed by their network going offline. Not to mention, a group of patients coming in nearly all at once. The front desk staff made everyone aware of the situation in a polite, calm and helpful manner. They navigated the situation as best they could despite all the challenges and delays ensuing from said technical difficulties.<br><br>The office was clean, and their equipment is quite advanced. They have better ophthalmology than the My Eye Dr I used to visit.<br><br>The doctor was very thankful for my patience in waiting. She was warm, friendly, thorough and was able to take care of me quickly, while addressing my concerns. I highly recommend this doctor for your eye exams.”
