I have had the best experience at Visionworks! From the moment I walked into the store, the store manager and the technician greeted me. You can tell that they enjoy what they do and they bring their best selves to work and their customers. The doctor was outstanding. She took the time to discuss my current vision challenges, and she put me at ease throughout her examination. I would highly recommend the Fairfax location off Pickett Road!

The people here were so helpful and friendly — best experience I’ve ever had at the eye doctor!A special shout-out to Darecksi (not sure how to spell her name), the associate who helped me. She took such care and time with me and made my whole experience really lovely and anxiety-free.I had been putting it off going to the eye doctor for a while, but randomly walked in on my lunch break to check my insurance coverage.The staff were so patient with me and helped me look up the benefits for both plans I was on. Mo did an excellent job of problem solving a tricky situation for us. He went the extra mile to avoid us making an unnecessary purchase and had very helpful suggestions. All around great experience with all the staff here.
