But Dr. Randolph, you've got to improve that front desk!! I had the most inexperienced and clueless front desk worker who did not know what she was doing.

That would be fine, because we all have to learn when new to a job....but this person didn't even care!!!

Plus, what's with all the small talk from the front desk workers? Even we the older patients were looking at them funny for how much small talk they do.“
