New to me office set up. Nice. We love Dr. Tim and we can trust any doctor in the practice if he’s unavailable. Fast, efficient, great location. We’ve been patients for a long time. We are always happy.

Professional and well staffed team. Very fast to get appointments. Very knowledgeable on my insurance benefits. The best prescription and lenses I’ve had in the last 15 years given my severe astigmatism; finally back to sharp vision.

I had concerns about an eye issue that appeared suddenly and lasted several minutes. I called our Virginia Eyecare Center. The receptionist was very, very helpful and professional. She rearranged scheduling and fit me in that same day, even though they were closing early that afternoon. The doctor and technicians performed a series of tests, explained what was happening, and ruled out potential vision-loss problems. We have gone to Virginia Eyecare Center for years and would highly recommend them.
