I went to their Falls Church office. Everyone is so nice from the receptionists, the optometrists and the opticians. They go out of their way to be helpful and are very pleasant. I would highly recommend this practice.

Reviews
Fantastic experience. Every single person is engaged, excellent communicators and super competent! I felt cared for and understood every step of the exam and during the selection of eyewear. Best experience anywhere! Thanks NVDO Crystal City!
This place is rocks. First of all, when you call their office, a human person answers the phone every time. Never some automated voice messaging system. The technician who did all of my preliminary checks was fantastic. The optometrist I saw, Dr. Sofia Schedler, did an excellent job as well. After my eye exam, they set me up with the optician who worked tirelessly to help me find the right pair of frames. This is an exceptionally well-run office. They also validate parking.
