EyeCare About Eyes

EyeCare About Eyes is a business that focuses on providing both routine and medical eye care, with services including exams for glasses, contact lenses, red eye evaluations, ocular diseases, computer vision, dry eye, myopia management, and LASIK consults. They have an optical boutique that offers unique and stylish frames.

One customer had a positive experience with the staff and doctor while their child was learning to take care of contact lenses. They mentioned that everyone was kind and helpful, and they have had good experiences in the past.

Another customer has been to several optometrists in the Fairfax/Burke area and found that Dr. Kim at EyeCare About Eyes is the best. They mentioned that she is knowledgeable and efficient, and has improved their prescription and vision. The staff was also praised for contributing to a great experience.

Overall, another customer had a good experience with the staff, who were pleasant and had a good attitude. The optometrist was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable during the eye exam. However, there was confusion regarding scheduling an appointment at a different location, which the customer hopes can be improved in the future.

EyeCare About Eyes is described as providing great treatment for their patients, with the exception of some administrative concerns regarding scheduling appointments at different locations. The business is headed by Dr. Felicia Chen at the Burke location and Dr. Ted Chen at the Target location, who are related. The customer suggests that receptionists take ownership and schedule appointments when making phone calls to patients about changing locations.
