I really like how Alta went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Even though they probably did everything like they were supposed to do, I felt like there was something still missing so they came out and fixed the issue. Turns out a major ant hill was missed, but it is fine now. I am now, ants and no other bugs FREE. Also, I know that if anything else happens, they’ll come out as quickly as they can. A few days after I got this survey, I had another issue separate from the other calls I made, and the technician who came out did a great job and so far so good on my needs being met and making my home pest free.
Palo is AWESOME!
Technician did a great job and covered all problem areas. He even did under the rocks in the flower beds.
