They really uphold their 30 day guarantee. Jack had to return a couple times to treat inside (this required removing drywall from my ceiling (I was happy he was willing to do) to be able to remove the nest from the ceiling crawl space. Want to add that after contacting several other companies, Rossi Pest Services was the only one that was willing to treat 17 feet up (Jack has a 20 foot ladder), the only one who arrived ready to give me an estimate AND do the work same day, and was willing to remove the nest from inside ceiling crawl space. Other places would just treat and leave the nest.“
