Sundar was very pleasant and efficient on the phone when I called to inquire about having a technician come out to treat a yellowjacket burrow on our HOA's property. He was able to arrange for a tech to come out to our property the next day.
The technician - Alexi - came the next morning and was courteous and professional and treated the primary burrow entrance. He also had a look at another location where HOA residents had noticed flying insect activity. As it turned out, these were just random insects and not yellowjackets heading in/out of a burrow.
Will be using Pest Chase for future pest control needs and highly recommend them to others.
