I called for an inspection, they came the very next day and found the problem within minutes (another company completely missed it). They performed a heat treatment the following day with a spray, and so far completely eliminated the problem. Excellent all around service. If you think you might have bed bugs, these are the guys to call!!

We had an great customer service experience with Eco! They responded promptly, were clearly knowledgeable, were very reassuring, provided great service, and continue provide responses. Jared particularly was VERY reassuring, helpful, and responded to texts and communication promptly and professionally (he's also very clearly an expert in his field). While I hope to never see them - I would recommend them to anyone who is worried about an issue.
