If I could rate this company 100,000 stars, I would. Literally the BEST. Would never work with anyone else. They solve every problem and they know what they are doing. They have helped me do preventative work to multiple properties. If you have any pest problem, they will solve it and you'll never have a problem again. Also, whenever you call, the person who answers the phone is always kind and pleasant. Best company ever!!!!

Jake Lacombe was punctual, communicated well during the entre process and he was a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. My building has rats on every building and I knew that the pest company the building hired was useless because they only place traps and nothing else. Biotech went straight to identifying the entry points and sealing them up with metal sheets and an extremely durable liquid screw (?) which is durable enough to withstand mice biting through. Jake was in and out within an hour, he cleaned up his work areas, and it is rare to see this level of discipline and professionalism even in other industries.

Outstanding service!! Dustin came out to our house to do some major mouse abatement work. He was extremely professional, courteous, responsive, and thorough. I'll wait to confirm the end of mouse activity since it's only been a day, but given the extensive and high-quality work he did, we are very confident our problem has been solved. It's been a much better experience than what we had with another pest company. Thanks to Dustin and the entire Biotech team!
