It wasn't an emergency situation like an animal in the house so we were not in a rush, but they still came out quickly and provided us a very reasonable quote to remove the birds and close off the gaps. As it was not an emergency, they did not do the work right away (which was find by us) and when they did come back a few weeks later they did a great job removing the bird and sealing the gaps. “Our kitchen had a growing cockroach issue mostly at night around the stove and sink area, which was really uncomfortable. The technician inspected behind appliances and inside cabinets rather than just spraying open spaces. He used gel bait and treated hidden drainage points where moisture was collecting. The process didn’t create a strong smell and we could stay at home normally. We didn’t see instant results, but after three to four days the number dropped noticeably and after a week they were gone. Booking updates could be faster, but the treatment itself was done in a professional and careful way.“

“I had a rash/bites that my dermatologue could not distinguish whether were due to bites by an unknown bug or some other reaction. Initially, Jeff treated my house with the regular pest solution but also warned me that it was not effective to potential bird mites and if they were the problem, I may need a follow up targeted treatment that he would perform for free. He checked the perimeter of my house and pointed out other issues that may cause pests in the future. The treatment and overall assessment was through. I did not need the follow up treatment but I appreciate the attention to detail and the overall approach.“
