Love Rossi! We initially called when we moved in because of a mice problem. Jack was super attentive and flexible to my difficult schedule. We subscribe to their quarterly service and have almost zero bugs inside!

Chris was super knowledgeable and helpful when we had mice. He checked the outside of our house throughly and inside. And made recommendations. He put traps out and came back the next morning to seal the holes. He was very calm and thorough. Definitely recommend this company. We signed up for the Quarterly service.
