Jack Rossi listened to my concerns and was responsive to them. Jack performed a thorough inspection to determine types of pests that were present and that I required extermination. Jack was very clear and direct in providing his professional opinion and advice as to what treatment would be performed for best results. Jack built my confidence in Rossi services. Efficient performance of the pest eradication was done with least disruption to me. Joe was great to work with. He was very thorough with inspecting the inside and outside of our home. He gave us great advice and pointed out multiple areas of improvements to help avoid pests. We will definitely be using him again in the future!
